Rental Rates

Located within a few minutes walk to the renowed Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina with its beautiful sandy beaches, dive shop, marina, and watersports. Accomodations include use of Sapphire Village Condominium's two pools, Sapphire Bar and Grill, expanded cable TV and DVD. All short term rental fees, including security deposit, must be paid to the reservation manager in advance. Reservations

In-season short term (December 1- April 30)

• $145/ night (two night minimum)
• $1000/ week includes a $100 one time cleaning fee and utilities
• $150/night on holidays (Christmas & New Year's)
• $500 security deposit

In-season long term (December 1- April 30) (Discounted while unit is FOR SALE)

• $1100/ month, plus utilities
• $500 security deposit

Off-season short term (May 1- November 30)

• $120/night (three night minimum)
• $750/ week
• $135/night on holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day & Thanksgiving)
• $500 security deposit

Off-season long term (May 1- November 30) (Discounted while unit is FOR SALE)

• $1,050/ month, plus utilities
• $500 security deposit (unless needed to cover damage and repairs, deposit will be used to pay last months' bills after tenant vacates.)
