A. Typical reasons a company will want to have a Web site are to
improve corporate image, improve customer service, find new prospects,

A. The best way for people to find out about your Web site is to
add your URL to your traditional advertising media. Put your
address on your business cards, product brochures, magazine,

A. URL is an acronym for Uniform Resource Locator. A URL is
the address of a Web page. Urls vary in appearance.

"www.yourname.com" is an example of a domain name. Domain names are controlled by

of $70 to register your domain name for two years and $35 for an annual

5. Q. What does HTML stand for?
A. HTML stands for Hypertext Markup Language. This is the language
that WWW documents use. It is a transportable language that all
browsers on all computers are able to read. HTML has grown since
it was first introduced and some of the newer features are not
understood by older browsers. TOP
6. Q. What is an HTML document?
A. An HTML document is a single Web page. HTML documents can be
created from the documents you supply or can be written by
CoyoteSun Web Design to organize and link your other

7. Q. What is a scanned-in image?
A. If a photograph or drawing must be digitized and processed by
us, that is considered a scanned-in image. We will scan in the
item, crop it, size it for your Web site, adjust color,
brightness, and contrast as necessary, and store it in JPEG or GIF
format for use on the Web.

8. Q. How do I supply an electronic image?
You can either scan the image yourself or mail it to us and we
will scan it for you. If you do not
have the image already cropped and sized to the size we specify to
fit on your Web site, we can do it for you. Save the image in
JPEG or GIF image formats. You can do this yourself if you have
access to a scanner or if the image was computer generated to
begin with and you can export it to GIF or JPEG.

A. Examples of Dial-up Internet Access are America On-Line,
CompuServe, or Prodigy. They provide you with e-mail and Internet
